Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Interior Fit-Out Supervisor to manage and supervise interior execution at project sites across Delhi NCR.

• ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily interior fit-out and installation work at site.
• Coordinate with carpenters, fabricators, electricians, painters, civil contractors and other vendors.
• Read and understand AutoCAD/interior drawings and ensure execution as per design.
• Check site measurements, levels, dimensions and finishing quality.
• Supervise carpentry, civil, false ceiling, flooring, electrical, painting, glass, metal and furniture works.
• Coordinate material delivery and ensure proper material usage.
• Maintain daily site progress and coordinate with the project/design team.
• Identify and resolve site execution issues.
• Ensure work is completed within the project timeline and required quality standards.
• Conduct snagging and ensure defects are rectified before handover.
• Maintain site safety, cleanliness and discipline.
• Requirements3–7 years of experience in interior fit-out/site supervision.
• Good knowledge of interior materials, construction methods and finishing.
• Ability to read AutoCAD drawings.
• Good knowledge of site measurements and execution.
• Experience managing contractors and workers.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel across Delhi NCR.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

PreferredExperience in residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, restaurants, custom furniture or high-end interior projects will be an advantage.

Education: ITI / Diploma / Degree in Civil, Interior Design, Architecture or related field preferred.
