🕐 Shift: Rotational / Night Shifts

💰 Salary: ₹25,000 CTC to ₹35,000 CTC ( Depends On Interview )
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries through international voice process & chat process
• Provide professional and timely solutions to customers
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Understand customer requirements and resolve issues effectively
• Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards
Candidate Requirements:• Good English communication skills
• Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts
• Customer-focused and professional attitude
• Freshers with good communication skills can apply
• Candidates with international BPO/customer support experience are preferred
