Inventory Associate

We are looking for a responsible and organized Inventory & Logistics Associate to manage day-to-day inventory, stock movement, order dispatch, and logistics coordination.

The person will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring smooth movement of goods from inventory to customers.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate inventory and stock records.
• Handle inward and outward stock entries.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile differences.
• Prepare and manage goods for packing and dispatch.
• Coordinate with courier, transport and logistics partners for shipments.
• Maintain records of dispatches, deliveries and pending shipments.
• Coordinate stock movement between warehouse/office locations.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling and organization of products.
• Update inventory records in Excel/software on a daily basis.
• Coordinate with Sales, Purchase and Operations teams regarding stock availability and dispatches.
• Follow up on shipments and resolve basic delivery/logistics issues.
• Maintain proper documentation related to inventory and logistics.
• Candidate Requirements: 6 months to 2 years of experience in Inventory, Warehouse, Store or Logistics Operations preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
• Good numerical and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to maintain stock accurately and systematically.
• Responsible, punctual and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable with physical stock checking and warehouse-related work.
• Basic communication and coordination skills.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in e-commerce, wholesale, trading, warehouse or distribution companies.
