Jewellery Sales Associate

Tieva Jewels is looking for an energetic, polished, and customer-focused Jewellery Sales Executive to join our boutique team. In this role, you will represent the brand, understand customer tastes, and guide them through selecting fine jewellery—from everyday wear to bridal collections. The ideal candidate will combine deep product knowledge with exceptional interpersonal skills to deliver a seamless luxury shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

 * Customer Consultation & Sales: Welcome walk-in clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable diamond, polki, gold, or gemstone pieces to close sales effectively.

 * Storytelling & Product Knowledge: Clearly explain details regarding certification (hallmarking, diamond 4Cs), craftsmanship, metal purity, and design inspiration.

 * Client Relationship Management (CRM): Build and maintain long-term relationships with VIP clients; follow up on special occasions (birthdays, anniversaries) and invite them to exclusive previews.

 * Store Presentation & Merchandising: Ensure display counters and showcases are immaculate, well-lit, secure, and visually appealing throughout the day.

 * Inventory Handling & Audits: Safely handle high-value merchandise, assist in opening/closing daily inventory counts, and coordinate with back-office teams for custom orders or alterations.

 * Billing & Administrative Support: Coordinate with the cashier/accounts team for billing, estimate generation, payments, and standard warranty or certificate handovers.

Qualifications & Requirements

 * Experience: 1–3 years of proven sales experience in fine jewellery, luxury watches, or high-end retail. (Candidates with prior Gurugram/Delhi NCR luxury retail experience preferred).

 * Education: Graduate or Higher Secondary (10+2); formal gemology or jewellery design certification (e.g., GIA, IGI) is an added advantage.

 * Communication Skills: Fluent in English and Hindi with excellent conversational and presentation skills.

 * Personal Presentation: Well-groomed, professional demeanor appropriate for a luxury boutique setting.

 * Integrity & Trust: High level of personal integrity and meticulous attention to detail when handling valuable stock.

Key Skills & Competencies

 * Knowledge of Diamond 4Cs (Cut, Clarity, Color, Carat) & Gold Hallmarking standards

 * Consultative selling and negotiation techniques

 * Clienteling and relationship management

 * Basic computer literacy (POS systems, billing software, MS Excel)
