Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Marketing Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting properties, generating leads, managing digital marketing activities, and supporting sales growth.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPromote residential and commercial properties through online and offline marketing.
• Manage property listings on platforms such as 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com, Facebook and Instagram.
• Create and coordinate property advertisements, posts, reels and promotional content.
• Generate leads through social media, Meta Ads and other marketing channels.
• Coordinate with the sales team and share qualified leads.
• Handle customer inquiries received through WhatsApp, calls and social media.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
• Maintain records of leads, campaigns and marketing activities.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
• Visit project sites when required for promotional activities.
• RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media.
• Knowledge of Meta Ads/Facebook & Instagram marketing will be an advantage.
• Basic computer skills.
• Freshers can apply; prior real estate/marketing experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Salary₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills, plus performance incentives.
