Marketing Executive (Sales & Customer Relations) – TerraFormLife
About us
TerraFormLife provides professional, scheduled plant care for homes, societies and offices in Gurugram. Our trained specialists visit every two weeks to care for balcony, terrace and indoor plants.
About the role
You will handle the full customer journey: call leads, meet them, understand their requirements, pitch the right plan, close the sale and support them after it. This is a field role covering all of Gurugram.
Responsibilities
- Call new leads promptly and book free assessment visits
- Follow up with undecided leads until they convert
- Meet customers at their homes or offices and assess their plants and space
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the best plan
- Handle objections, close memberships and complete onboarding
- Hand over new customers to the operations team with full details
- Resolve post-sales queries, complaints and rescheduling requests
- Drive renewals, upgrades and referrals
- Update all calls, meetings and outcomes daily
Requirements
- Experience in field sales, tele-sales or a customer-facing role preferred
- Good spoken Hindi; clear and polite on calls and in person
- Comfortable travelling daily across Gurugram
- Own smartphone; comfortable with WhatsApp and Google Maps
- Good listener, target-driven and self-disciplined
- Interest in plants or gardening is a plus; training will be provided
Salary
- Fixed: up to ₹25,000 per month
- Incentive: ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 per month, based on performance
