Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Vehicle Management:
- Oversee vehicle allotment and plan for the next day's operations.
- Monitor vehicle availability, location, and condition regularly.
- Allocate vehicles to customers based on bookings and requirements.
- Ensure vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with necessary items.
- Manage vehicle tracking and GPS systems.
- Customer Management:
- Address and resolve customer complaints and feedback.
- Manage VIP and VVIP bookings to ensure special attention and service.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure a positive customer experience during vehicle pick-up and drop-off.
- Resolve customer escalations effectively.
- Operations Support:
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare regular reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational efficiency
