Job Description

Key Responsibilities


* Prepare estimates, BOQs, quantity calculations, rate analysis, and cost sheets.

* Handle tender preparation, bid submission, vendor quotations, and rate comparisons.

* Supervise day-to-day civil site execution as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

* Prepare and verify client and vendor/contractor bills, measurements, quantities, and supporting documents.

* Plan and coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, contractors, and vendors.

* Manage site staff, supervisors, and workforce deployment.

* Prepare daily/weekly work plans, progress reports, MIS, and project documentation.

* Monitor project progress, identify delays/issues, and coordinate corrective actions.

* Maintain project data, billing, BOQs, estimates, and reports using MS Excel.
