Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:-

• Develop and execute product strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and growth opportunities.

• Analyze competitors, pricing, product features, claims, packaging, and positioning.

• Manage the complete product lifecycle from concept to launch and post-launch evaluation.

• Develop product positioning, value proposition, USP, and key communication messages.

• Coordinate with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Sales, Marketing, Packaging, and Supply Chain

teams.

• Prepare product launch plans, timelines, budgets, and go-to-market strategies.

• Monitor product sales, profitability, market share, and overall performance.

• Identify opportunities for new product development, extensions, upgrades, and relaunches.

• Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns, digital marketing, social media, influencer

marketing, and promotional activities.

• Prepare product presentations, sales training materials, brochures, product literature, and

marketing communication.

• Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve product offerings.

• Track monthly and quarterly product performance and prepare management reports.

• Support forecasting, pricing strategy, inventory planning, and sales targets.

• Ensure product communication and claims are aligned with applicable regulatory and company

guidelines.

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop product knowledge and effective sales strategies.

Qualification:-

Education: MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Product Management, Pharmaceutical Management, or a related

field preferred.

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related

discipline may also be considered based on relevant experience.
