Job Description

PROJECT COORDINATOR – JOB DESCRIPTION

• Coordinate and monitor day-to-day project activities for smooth execution.

• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and other project stakeholders.

• Track project progress, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

• Follow up with concerned teams to ensure timely completion of project activities.

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, records, and updates.

• Communicate project requirements, updates, and important information to management.

• Assist in resolving project-related issues and coordinate for timely solutions.

• Maintain effective coordination between the office team and project sites.

• Visit project sites whenever required to monitor and coordinate project activities.

• Ensure proper communication, follow-up, and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
