Job Description

Property Manager – High-Rise Residential Society

Department: Property / Facility Management

Experience: 4–8 years in Property Management / Facility Management

Qualification: Graduate; relevant Facility/Property Management qualification preferred.

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to manage the overall operations of a high-rise residential society, ensuring smooth facility services, resident satisfaction, manpower management, vendor coordination, and statutory compliance.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations of the residential society.
  • Supervise technical, housekeeping, security, helpdesk, and other site teams.
  • Handle resident complaints and ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with RWA/AOA, clients, residents, vendors, and service providers.
  • Monitor maintenance of STP, WTP, DG, lifts, fire systems, electrical, plumbing, pumps, and other MEP services.
  • Ensure preventive maintenance, safety standards, and statutory compliance.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and monitor service quality.
  • Manage manpower deployment, vendor performance, and AMC activities.
  • Prepare and review daily/monthly reports and MIS.
