Key Responsibilities:

* Generate and manage leads through calls, references, and other channels.

* Understand clients’ property requirements and suggest suitable real estate options.

* Coordinate property visits and follow up with prospective clients.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

* Handle negotiations and assist clients throughout the sales process.

* Achieve individual and team sales targets.

* Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead/customer records.

* Stay updated about ongoing projects, market trends, and property opportunities.

* Work closely with the sales and management team to achieve business goals.

Requirements:

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.

* Ability to build relationships and handle clients professionally.

* Previous experience in real estate/sales will be an advantage, but freshers may also apply.
