Job Responsibilities🔹 Manage the complete loan journey from lead generation to loan disbursement.
🔹 Connect with customers and explain loan products and processes.
🔹 Build strong relationships with MSME customers and channel partners.
🔹 Understand customer requirements and collect necessary documents.
🔹 Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Risk, and Documentation teams.
🔹 Ensure smooth loan processing with excellent customer experience.
🔹 Maintain quality standards and compliance during loan evaluation.
🔹 Achieve daily productivity targets and TAT benchmarks.
🔹 Act as a trusted financial advisor to customers.
Ideal Candidate✔ Excellent communication and convincing skills.
✔ Passion for Sales, Customer Service & Relationship Management.
✔ Fresher with Finance background OR 6 Months – 1 Year experience in Banking, NBFC, Loan Sales, Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Acquisition, Financial Services.
