🎓 Qualification: Graduate / MBA
👥 Experience: Fresher to 2+ Years
🏍️ Bike + Valid DL: Compulsory
🎯 ROLE & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
🔹 Identify and acquire new merchants in the assigned territory
🔹 Conduct field visits and generate quality leads
🔹 Meet merchants and understand their business requirements
🔹 Present suitable digital/business solutions
🔹 Drive merchant onboarding, activation & adoption
🔹 Build and maintain strong merchant relationships
🔹 Follow up with prospects and ensure timely closures
🔹 Achieve assigned sales & productivity targets
🔹 Maintain daily sales/activity reports and market updates
🔹 Coordinate with internal teams for smooth merchant onboarding
💰 MONTHLY SALARY & BENEFITS
🎓 GRADUATE FRESHER
💰 FIXED SALARY: ₹25,000 / Month
🎁 Spot Bonus: ₹10,000
💵 30-Day PJT Payout: ₹10,000
📈 Employee conversion based on performance & selection
🎓 MBA FRESHER
💰 FIXED SALARY: ₹25,000 / Month
🎁 Attendance Bonus: ₹1,000 on achieving 26 days present
