Relationship Manager

We are looking for experienced Relationship Managers (RMs) with proven expertise in Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) sales under the DSA and DST channels. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing quality leads, acquiring customers, managing channel relationships, and driving loan disbursements while achieving business targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and source Home Loan and LAP business through DSA/DST channels.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, property dealers, builders, brokers, and other channel partners.
• Identify potential customers and understand their financial and loan requirements.
• Explain suitable HL/LAP products, eligibility, interest rates, tenure, documentation, and repayment terms.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and login to sanction and disbursement.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, technical, and other internal teams to ensure smooth processing.
• Ensure quality sourcing by assessing customer profiles, income, property details, and basic eligibility before login.
• Achieve assigned monthly login, sanction, and disbursement targets.
• Regularly visit DSAs, DST partners, customers, builders, and property dealers for business development.
• Activate new channel partners and increase business from existing partners.
• Maintain regular follow-ups on pending cases and ensure timely resolution of documentation or credit-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, pipeline, conversions, and disbursements in the CRM.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, credit guidelines, KYC requirements, and regulatory/compliance standards.

Provide effective customer service and maintain long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
