Job Description
- Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with the sales team and customers to ensure smooth business operations.
- Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and order processing.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
- Maintain sales reports, customer databases, and records.
- Coordinate with the purchase, accounts, and logistics teams regarding order status and deliveries.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending orders and payments.
- Assist the sales team in achieving targets and maintaining customer relationships.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure timely communication between customers and internal departments.
