Job Description

  1. Make outbound calls to leads generated internally.
  2. Explain the benefits of making sale through us, including exclusive discounts and loyalty bonuses. Understand the right financier for the customer
  3. Share detailed price breakups, offers, and guide customers on the process.
  4. Build trust and resolve customer queries related to finance and insurance details.
  5. Follow up consistently to drive conversions and meet sales targets.
  6. Coordinate with lending partners for availability and offers.
  7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
