Job Description

  1. Engage with potential customers through calls, messages, and meetings to promote Univest’s products and services.
  2. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate investment solutions.
  3. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  4. Maintain strong follow-ups and ensure excellent customer experience.
  5. Record customer interactions and sales data accurately in the CRM system.
  6. Stay updated with product features, offers, and market trends.
  7. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive lead conversions.
