Job SummaryVertex Group is hiring Customer sales Support for its Gurgaon location. We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills and a passion for Upselling sales.

• Eligibility
• Experience: 6 months to 1 year in Upselling Sales / Telecalling / BPO
• Excellent communication and convincing skills
• Good customer-Merchant handling and negotiation skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Basic computer knowledge
• Immediate joiners required
• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound/outbound customer calls and generate sales
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads
• Maintain customer relationships and provide excellent service
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales
• Work towards improving conversion and revenue numbers
