Job Description
Generate leads and acquire customers through field visits and local market activities.
⠂ Source customers for Gold Loan and Non-Gold Loan products.
⠂ Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers.
⠂ Explain loan products, eligibility, benefits, and documentation requirements.
⠂ Assist customers throughout the loan application and documentation process.
⠂ Coordinate with branch and internal teams for loan processing and disbursement.
⠂ Follow up with customers for interest payments, renewals, and repeat business.
⠂ Achieve assigned monthly sales and disbursement targets.
⠂ Develop the assigned local market and generate new business opportunities.
