Sales Officer

About the Role

We’re building a high-performance sales team for Rocket Loans, Recur Club’s unsecured business loan vertical.

This is a frontline sales role for people who know how to sell unsecured business loans to MSMEs, enjoy speaking with customers, and are hungry to build a serious career in lending.

You will get qualified leads, CRM, technology-led lead filtering, strong lender access and an above-market fixed salary + monthly incentives. In return, we expect ownership, speed and consistent performance.

Monthly Disbursal Target: ₹3–4 Cr

• What You’ll DoCall and engage with MSME owners/CFOs every day.
• Understand their funding requirement and pitch the right unsecured business loan solution.
• Follow up aggressively and move opportunities from lead → application → sanction → disbursal.
• Build relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain complete and accurate activity on CRM.
• Own your monthly disbursal number — ₹3–4 Cr per month once ramped up.
• Work closely with internal credit, operations and lender teams to get deals closed quickly.

Must Have

• Minimum 1 years of unsecured business loan (UBL) sales experience
• Experience at an aggressive NBFC / Fintech / high-performance lending sales organisation
• Strong understanding of MSME customers and unsecured lending
• Demonstrated history of achieving meaningful monthly disbursals
• Comfortable with high call volumes, follow-ups and monthly targets
