Job Description

Online Sales Team Leader (TL) – Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support the online sales team.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Follow up with customers and close sales.
  • Monitor team performance and prepare sales reports.
  • Train and guide team members.
  • Handle customer complaints and solve issues.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams.
  • Manage customer data in the CRM.
  • Handle GeM (Government e-Marketplace) work, including:
  • Upload products on the GeM portal.
  • Apply for GeM bids and tenders.
  • Process GeM orders and documentation.
  • Communicate with government buyers.
  • Ensure timely delivery and compliance with GeM rules.
  • Find new business opportunities and increase online sales.
