We are looking for a highly organized, confident, and proactive Executive Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
✅ Coordinate with internal teams, plant managers, and vendors
✅ Prepare meeting agendas and follow up on deliverables
✅ Handle confidential communications and documentation
Requirements:
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities
✔ Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
✔ Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Secretary, or similar role preferred
