💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

🎓 Qualification: M.Com / MBA in Finance preferred

👤 Gender: Male

🎂 Age: 30+ Years

🏢 Department: Accounting

📌 Reporting To: CEO / Operations Manager

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, EPF, and ESI compliance.
• Prepare and file GST and TDS returns.
• Manage vouchers, ledgers, bank reconciliation, and accounts payable/receivable.
• Prepare Trial Balance, P&L, and Balance Sheet.
• Manage inventory, purchase/sales records, and asset management.
• Prepare salary sheets, MIS reports, and budgets.
• Maintain compliance documents and departmental correspondence.
• Analyze financial ratios and ensure timely payment follow-ups and recoveries.
• Handle office administration whenever required.

🔹 Required Skills:

• Strong working knowledge of Tally / Busy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Good knowledge of taxation, accounting, and statutory compliance.
• Good knowledge of Gurugram areas.
