Senior Sales Manager

Job Title: Senior Sales Manager – Real Estate

We are hiring an experienced Senior Sales Manager to manage real estate sales, client relationships and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle residential and commercial property sales.
• Generate leads through calling, references and networking.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Conduct project presentations and coordinate site visits.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into bookings.
• Negotiate with clients and successfully close deals.
• Maintain accurate lead updates and follow-up records in CRM.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
• Guide and support junior sales team members.
• Achieve individual and team monthly sales targets.
• Stay updated on Gurgaon real estate projects, prices and market trends.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• Good knowledge of Gurgaon and Delhi-NCR property markets.
• Experience in residential, luxury or commercial property sales.
• Target-oriented, confident and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
• Must have a smartphone and personal vehicle.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Education: Graduate preferred

Experience: Minimum 3 years in real estate sales
