Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Handle cold calling and convert paid leads into premium memberships.
- Manage the complete sales cycle — Follow-ups, Consultative Selling, Negotiation & Closure.
- Build strong relationships with premium clients and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure high lead-to-conversion ratios.
- Update CRM and track daily sales activities, conversions, and revenue.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of sales experience, preferably in the service industry.
- Proven experience in cold calling and converting paid leads.
- Strong understanding of high-ticket sales and consultative selling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Highly target-oriented with a consistent record of achieving sales targets.
- Confident, professional, and comfortable dealing with premium clientele.
