Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers and generate sales.
• Handle inbound customer queries and convert leads into customers.
• Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
• Explain services, offers, and packages clearly to customers.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM.
• Follow up regularly with interested and potential customers.
• Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the operations and customer success teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Collect customer feedback and share relevant insights with the team.
• Support the team in improving sales processes and customer conversion.
