We make bridal and celebration wear. We want someone to make Gurgaon watch us make it.

The role

Own our Instagram end to end — shoot it, edit it, post it, and reply to every DM. You'll be in the store with the garments, the karigars and the brides, turning what happens there into content that gets saved and shared.

What you'll do

• Shoot and edit 12–16 Reels a month on-site — garments, embroidery close-ups, styling, behind-the-scenes with our karigars
• Plan and run the monthly content calendar across Reels, carousels and Stories
• Write captions and hooks in the brand voice; handle hashtags, SEO and trending audio
• Answer every DM and comment — and convert enquiries into store appointments
• Coordinate shoots with models, photographers and the styling team
• Report monthly on reach, saves, shares, profile visits and DM-to-appointment conversion

You should have

• 2–4 years running a brand's Instagram — fashion, jewellery, beauty or lifestyle preferred
• A portfolio of Reels you personally shot and edited (not just scheduled)
• Strong hands on CapCut / Premiere Rush / Canva; comfortable shooting on iPhone
• A real eye for framing, light and colour — you'll be shooting embroidery, and it has to look expensive
• Fluent English and Hindi; you'll be writing captions and talking to brides
• Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite and Instagram Insights

Experience with bridal/wedding audiences · basic photo retouching · influencer and wedding-vendor collaborations · has grown an account from a small base
