Short Job Description: STEM Lab Trainer
Position: STEM Lab Trainer
Type: Full-Time / Contract
Overview
We are looking for a passionate and hands-on 'STEM Lab Trainer' to inspire students and educators through experiential learning. You will lead practical workshops, demonstrate interactive science and robotics kits, build capacity for modern tech-enabled education, and maintain meticulous project and operational documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct Workshops: Deliver engaging, hands-on STEM and coding sessions for school students.
Demonstrate Equipment: Guide learners in using science apparatuses, electronics, and microcontroller kits.
Teacher Training: Empower educators to integrate STEM equipment and digital teaching tools into their classrooms.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain proper, systematic documentation of daily training logs, student attendance, equipment inventories, assessment results, and session reports.
Lab Oversight: Ensure lab safety, organization, and efficient maintenance of all educational kits and materials.
Requirements
Education: Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Science, or Education.
Skills: Strong foundation in basic science/electronics, excellent communication, strong attention to detail for documentation, and a passion for teaching children.
Experience: Prior experience in teaching, STEM workshops, or science lab management.
