Store Manager

Role Overview 

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to run day-to-day store operations and deliver a 

premium in-store experience. 

We prefer candidates with a background in FMCG, premium, or luxury retail, comfortable with high 

service standards and disciplined store execution. 

Key Responsibilities 

Store Operations & P&L 

•Own end-to-end store operations - opening/closing, stock availability, hygiene, and compliance. 

•Own the store's P&L - driving sales, controlling costs (shrinkage, wastage, manpower), and 

improving profitability. 

•Ensure smooth POS operations and accurate billing/cash management. 

Team & Customer Experience 

•Lead, train, and manage the store team (Asst. Manager, VM/CX, Associates, Cashiers, Backstore 

staff). 

•Ensure the store consistently meets visual merchandising and customer experience 

standards. 

•Handle customer escalations and ensure high service quality on the floor. 

Inventory & Coordination 

•Coordinate with the mother DC/warehouse for stock replenishment and indenting. 

•Monitor stock accuracy, minimize wastage, and manage inventory audits. 

What We Are Looking For 

•5-7 years of experience in retail store management, ideally in FMCG, premium, or luxury retail. 

•Hands-on experience with POS systems and merchandising; exposure to warehouse/stock 

operations is a plus. 

•Strong people management and customer service orientation. 

•Comfortable owning store-level P&L and operational metrics. 

•Willingness to work store hours, including weekends.
