VM Standards Execution

·        Align with the Regional VM Managers on the planogram and VM calendar for the season launch 

·        Execute the planogram and window kit in one mock store and roll out the same subsequently for other stores across the region

·        Provide feedback on the planogram to the relevant stakeholders

·        Implement standard checklists to ensure VM standards are maintained across all stores in the region

·        Procure non - trading and visual props as per requirements and specified timelines

·        Track the quantity, quality and standards of non - trading and visual props and take required actions

·        Conduct competitor analysis and market surveys for trends and ideas to improve customer conversions and share the same

·        Execute all aspects relating to store elevation and visual elements of new stores

·        Track the ROS and make required changes to merchandise display in consultation with the Regional VM Manager 

·        Prepare and submit the store visit reports as per the defined process and timelines

·        Work with the store staff to ensure consistency in implementing VM standards across stores

·        Change the styling for windows, focal points and props as per defined timelines

·        Generate and share MIS as per defined process and timelines

·        Participate in training the store staff on VM display standards 

·        Learn on the job and from planned learning activities for continuous self-development
