Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities:

·    Conduct comprehensive candidate searches utilizing diverse sourcing methods, including job portals such as Naukri, Apna,WorkIndia, Indeed, and LinkedIn.

·    Screen and interview candidates to evaluate their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

·    Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.

·    Cultivate and nurture a network of potential candidates for future opportunities.

·    Work closely with hiring managers to ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience.

·    Provide regular updates to the Leadership team and hiring managers on recruitment progress.

·    Arrange Walk-in Drives and Bulk Hiring interviews.

Requirements:

·    Bachelor's or Master's Degree (or pursuing graduation) in MBA - Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

·    Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, encompassing sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.

·    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·    Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

·    Strong organizational and time management skills.

·    Proficiency in MS Office.

·    Languages – Hindi, English (Tamil is an added advantage)
