• Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment for young learners.
• Plan and conduct age-appropriate activities and lessons.
• Focus on the overall academic, social, emotional, and creative development of children.
• Maintain regular communication with parents regarding students' progress.
• Ensure effective classroom management and maintain student record

2. Mother Teachers – Classes I to V Responsibilities:

• Manage the class as a primary/mother teacher and ensure students' overall development.
• Plan and deliver engaging classroom activities.
• Monitor students' academic progress, behaviour, attendance, and participation.
• Coordinate with subject teachers and parents.
• Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
