We Are Hiring for Lizardtech Marketing Solutions an enthusiastic and target-oriented IT Telesales Executive to join our growing team and drive sales for our new digital/SaaS product.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and qualified leads.
• Understand customer requirements and explain our digital product, features, benefits, and pricing.
• Schedule and conduct basic product demos.
• Follow up with prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
• Convert qualified leads into paying customers.
• Maintain lead details and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Coordinate with the product and support teams whenever required.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with the sales/management team.

Candidate Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in IT sales, telesales, telecalling, SaaS, or software sales.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
• Good command of Hindi and English.
• Basic understanding of software, SaaS, websites, or digital marketing.
• Comfortable using CRM, WhatsApp, email, and basic computer applications.
• Strong follow-up skills and a target-oriented approach.
• Prior experience selling digital products or SaaS will be an advantage.
