Job Description

Outbound Calling: Dial numbers from provided databases, leads lists, or digital campaigns to introduce residential or commercial projects.

Pitching Projects: Explain property features, pricing, location advantages, and amenities in a clear, persuasive manner.

Lead Qualification: Ask targeted questions to understand the client's budget, preferred location, and timeline for buying a property.

Appointment Scheduling: Book site visits or connect qualified buyers with senior sales managers.

Follow-Ups: Maintain regular contact with interested prospects via calls or WhatsApp to nurture the relationship.

CRM Management: Log daily call outcomes, client feedback, and lead statuses accurately into the company database.

Objection Handling: Address initial customer concerns regarding pricing, possession dates, or builders professionally
