Job Type: 20-Day Contract – Extendable based on performance
Job DescriptionWe are hiring Telecallers / Telesales Executives for Shapoorji Pallonji.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers/leads.
- Handle customer queries and provide relevant information.
- Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
- Generate customer interest through effective communication.
- Maintain proper calling records and follow-ups.
- EligibilityMinimum 1+ year of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, Customer Service, or any relevant calling profile.
- Excellent communication skills are mandatory.
- Good convincing, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
- Candidates should be confident and comfortable speaking with customers.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Salary1–2 years experience: Up to ₹20,000/month
- 2+ years experience: ₹25,000–₹27,000/month
- Salary can be negotiated for exceptionally good candidates.

Interview: Face-to-Face
Important: This is initially a 20-day contract job and may be extended based on candidate performance and business requirements.
