Salary: Up to ₹28,000 CTC + Unlimited Incentives

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9 hours per day

Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant telesales experience

Job SummaryWe are looking for motivated and target-oriented Telesales Executives to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in telesales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage customers, generate leads, and drive sales through effective calling and follow-ups.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote Agrim's products and services.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide relevant product information.
• Generate leads, identify customer requirements, and convert prospects into customers.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers to customers.
• Convince customers, handle objections, and close sales effectively.
• Follow up with prospective customers to improve conversion rates.
• Maintain customer databases and update calling records accurately.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and order processing.
• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 1 year of experience in telesales or telecalling.
• Experience in both inbound and outbound calling is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer-convincing skills.
• Strong lead generation, negotiation, and sales-closing abilities.
• Good listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
• Ability to handle objections and manage customer queries effectively.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and confident.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools is preferred.
• Android smartphone is mandatory.
• Freshers are not eligible.
• Candidates must have the required documents from their previous employer.
• Compensation & BenefitsCTC up to ₹28,000 per month.
• Unlimited performance-based incentives, with the potential to earn up to 2X salary through incentives.
• Up to 10% hike on last salary, subject to eligibility and approval.
• Promotion and appraisal opportunities within one year, based on performance.
