Job Description
ob Title: Tele Sales Executive – B2B Sales
Job Summary:
Responsible for handling B2B customer calls, generating business leads, promoting products/services, and converting leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to B2B customers, dealers, distributors, and businesses.
- Generate new B2B leads through calls, online platforms, and references.
- Handle customer enquiries and understand their business requirements.
- Explain products, pricing, offers, and company services.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers to generate orders.
- Maintain customer and sales records in Excel/CRM.
- Achieve monthly B2B sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams for order processing.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing B2B customers.
- Follow up for quotations, orders, payments, and repeat business.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- B2B sales and customer-handling skills.
- Good convincing and follow-up ability.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM.
