Role Summary

GoMechanic is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to handle customer queries and drive

sales through voice and call processes. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-

centric approach, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via voice calls and ensure resolution with a professional approach and ensure lead conversion

• Address and resolve customer issues or concerns in an efficient and friendly manner.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service.

• Drive sales by promoting GoMechanic's services and products to customers.

• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field is a must

• Excellent verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English

• Prior experience in telesales, customer support, or BPO processes is a plus

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
