Job DescriptionShivansh Property Management is hiring a Telecalling Sales Executive for our real-estate sales team.

The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, understanding their property requirements, explaining suitable projects, generating leads, regular follow-ups, and scheduling site visits.

• ResponsibilitiesMake calls to potential property buyers.
• Generate and qualify real-estate leads.
• Understand customer requirements, budget and preferred location.
• Explain property projects and offers to customers.
• Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
• Schedule property/site visits.
• Maintain customer and lead records.
• Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and meetings.
• Work towards monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
• RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers.
• Good convincing and follow-up skills.
• Basic computer/WhatsApp knowledge.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Real-estate or telecalling experience is an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
