📚 Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
🧑💼 Experience: Minimum 6 Months in any of the following:
- Telecalling / Tele Sales
- Lead Generation
- Academic Counselling
- Customer Service
🎂 Age Limit: 18–32 Years
👫 Gender: Male & Female
🗣️ Languages: Hindi & English

🌞 Shift: Day Shift
🕙 Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
📅 Working Days: Monday to Saturday

💼 ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
📞 Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on enquiries.
🎓 Explain Frankfinn's courses, training programs and career opportunities.
🤝 Counsel students and parents about careers in Aviation, Hospitality, Travel and Customer Service.
📋 Generate leads, maintain follow-ups and update student details in the CRM system.
🎯 Convert enquiries into walk-ins and admissions through effective communication and counselling.
📈 Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling, lead conversion and admission targets.
💬 Address student queries professionally and maintain positive communication with prospective students.

🌟 REQUIRED SKILLS
✅ Good verbal communication in Hindi & English
✅ Experience in telecalling, telesales, lead generation or counselling
✅ Strong convincing and negotiation skills
