Telesales Executive

Position: Telesales ExecutiveWe are looking for a Telesales Executive who is confident, target-oriented, and skilled in customer communication. The ideal candidate should have a strong ability to understand customer needs, build relationships, and convert sales opportunities through phone calls.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer interactions and conduct sales conversations over phone calls.
• Manage and nurture assigned customer accounts effectively.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Ensure a positive and professional customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate customer information and update interaction details.
• Coordinate with internal teams whenever required to ensure smooth customer support.
• Follow company sales processes, policies, and guidelines.
• RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in Telesales.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving sales goals.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Android smartphone is mandatory.
• Freshers are not eligible for this role.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
• Compensation & Work DetailsSalary: Up to ₹25,000 per month + Incentives
• Working Days: 6 days a week
• Work Mode: Work from Office
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in Telesales
