Telesales Executive – New & Used Car Sales

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales / Inside Sales Executive to join our automobile sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with customers, understanding their requirements, generating sales leads, and assisting customers in the purchase and sale of new and used cars.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements for new and used cars.
• Explain vehicle details, pricing, offers, financing options, and other relevant information.
• Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
• Coordinate with the sales team for vehicle visits, inspections, negotiations, and closures.
• Assist customers interested in buying or selling their cars.
• Maintain accurate customer and lead information in CRM/software.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Build positive relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Follow up with customers until the final closure and ensure a smooth sales process.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in Telesales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, Automobile Sales, or Customer Sales.
• Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can also apply.
• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Strong customer-handling and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/software.
• Candidates with automobile/used-car industry experience will be preferred.
