Job Description
Urgent Requirements - Tender Executive . ( Opens position - 5).
Note : Candidate must have Experience 2 years + on GEM Portal .
Candidates are eligible only from food industry.
JOB Description :
- Register and maintain the company's seller profile on Gem ( Goverment e-Marketplace) portal and ensure all listings are accurate updated,and complaint.
- Identify relevant tenders, bids and procrument opportunities on Gem, CDPP ( Central Public Procurement portals, state goverment portals, and other e-tendering platforms .
- Prepafre and submitsbids quaotations , and offers within stipulated deadlines with all required doumnetation.
- Cordinate with internal teams to gather necessary compliance & Dcoucmnets ( GST, FSSAI, MSME etc.
- Monitor portal notifications, bid status updates, work orders, and ensure timely response to all goverment communication.
- Track payment status on portal & follow up with concerned goverment departments .
- Stay updated with changes in gem policies , goverment procurment rules etc.
