Job Description

Training Supervisor – Hospitality

Experience: 2+ Years

Industry: Hospitality / QSR / Cloud Kitchen / Restaurant

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure food safety, hygiene, and quality standards are maintained across all outlets.
  • Conduct internal audits as per FSSAI, HACCP, and company SOPs to ensure compliance.
  • Identify gaps during audits and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Plan and deliver training sessions for Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) teams on food safety, hygiene, SOPs, and quality standards.
  • Prepare and manage monthly training calendars and maintain training records.
  • Evaluate employee training effectiveness through assessments and on-floor observations.
  • Maintain audit reports, compliance documents, training records, and SOP documentation.
  • Ensure proper implementation of recipes, portion control, and food quality standards.
  • Coordinate with Operations and Kitchen teams to improve quality and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor outlet compliance and support continuous improvement initiatives across locations.
