Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Travel Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience in selling domestic and international holiday packages. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, destination knowledge, and a passion for sales and customer service.
- Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound travel inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Prepare customized itineraries and quotations based on client preferences and budgets.
- Convert travel leads into confirmed bookings through strong follow-ups.
- Promote destinations like Maldives, Dubai, Thailand, Bali, Singapore, Malaysia, and Vietnam.
- Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, and DMCs for best rates and smooth operations.
- Maintain client records and ensure excellent post-booking service.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals.
- Stay updated on latest travel trends, visa requirements, and airline promotions.
- Requirements:Minimum 1 year experience in travel sales or holiday packages.
- Good knowledge of international destinations and travel products.
- Strong communication and persuasive selling skills.
- Basic understanding of Meta/WhatsApp marketing will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and CRM tools.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
- Education:Graduate or Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality / Marketing preferred.
Salary Range:
₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience + incentives)
