Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen/bar team.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation.
  • Provide excellent customer service and attend to guest requests and queries.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
  • Ensure proper table setup before and after service.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and other team members for smooth service operations.
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and escalate issues when required.
  • Prepare and present bills accurately and assist with payment collection.
  • Follow all food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.
  • Assist in maintaining adequate stock of service items such as cutlery, crockery, napkins, and other supplies.
  • RequirementsMinimum


  • 1 year of experience as a Waiter, Steward, or similar role in a restaurant, hotel, café, or hospitality environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented and courteous personality.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
  • Good grooming and hygiene standards.
  • Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
