Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations.
  • Manage and allocate tasks to warehouse staff.
  • Monitor inward and outward shipments.
  • Ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch of orders.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
  • Monitor stock availability and resolve stock discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with courier partners for shipment pickup and delivery.
  • Ensure proper warehouse housekeeping and product handling.
  • Monitor staff attendance, productivity, and daily performance.
  • Identify operational issues and take corrective action.
  • Ensure all warehouse activities are completed on time and as per process.
