Project Role Description : Support clients to design, build and run an agile, scalable IT infrastructure that is standardized and optimized to deliver operational efficiencies, improve employee and workplace performance and meet dynamic business demands. Apply infrastructure improvements across the workplace, network, data center and operations as well as provide resources to manage and run the infrastructure on a managed or capacity services basis.

Good to have skills : Microsoft Exchange Server

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:
As an Infrastructure Consulting Practitioner, your day involves collaborating closely with clients to design and implement flexible and scalable IT infrastructure solutions. You will focus on creating standardized systems that enhance operational efficiency and support evolving business needs. Your role includes overseeing infrastructure improvements across various environments such as workplace, network, and data centers, while ensuring smooth management and operation of these systems through managed or capacity services. This position requires a proactive approach to maintaining and optimizing infrastructure to support overall organizational performance and agility.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify infrastructure needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate infrastructure performance to ensure reliability and scalability.
- Assist in the development and documentation of infrastructure standards and best practices.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on infrastructure-related tasks.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Exchange Online.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Exchange Server.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based infrastructure and its integration with on-premises systems.
- Experience in managing and optimizing email and collaboration platforms within enterprise environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues related to messaging and communication services.
- Familiarity with security protocols and compliance requirements relevant to IT infrastructure.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Exchange Online.
- This position is based at our DDC5E - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
