• 3+ years of hands-on experience administering Jira in a mid-size or large organization.
• Strong knowledge of Jira configuration: workflows, schemes, permissions, custom fields, and automation.
• Proficiency in JQL and building dashboards and reports.
• Working understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and ITSM practices.
• Experience with Jira Service Management and Confluence.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical configuration.
